I have completed my LL.B., Law course in the year 2002, after completion of LL.B., I enrolled as an Advocate on 2003 in the Karnataka Bar Council and practiced under the guidance of Learned Advocate Mr. BALAGANGADHAR & Associates, who was learnt about Court proceedings, {Magistrate Court, Civil & Sessions Court and also High Court matters and all types of cases ie., Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial cases, cheque bounce cases along with documentation related to real estate filed. Further High court of Karnataka has appointed as a Oath Commissioner for the period of 5 years, Presently, since from 2016 I have practiced under the guidance of Learned Advocate P. Nagamuni Reddy, Proprietor of M/s. SNN Associates, who was most admired learnt about documentation work and legal scrutiny of title documents of immovable properties etc., Since from the date associate with P. Nagamuni Reddy, we have running our association successfully and I/We have good experience in real estate/property documentation, title scrutiny/due diligence, rendering legal opinions, drafting of deeds & documents, handling registration, handling clients, Liaoning, original verification of documents, conducting meetings and discussions, good at decision making and troubleshooting etc.
